Avocado Mojo Bowls With Sweet Potatoes And Chicken Delight

Yes, and the sauce too. I never stop licking everything out of the glass to the last drop.
But french fries, damn it. At the moment, they bring the greatest joy to my husband, my children and my roommates. I swear you love me more than when I take a baking tray out of the oven with you.

And you can’t go wrong with fries – it’s surprisingly light and just divine. But for me this is also a change. Do we all agree that we definitely need to eat more dishes, to which it is necessary to add a thick green sauce? This way of preparing the sauce as a side dish will be my guide to preparing salad this summer.

Take coriander, a little vinegar and garlic. Cook a mojo-style salsa (with avocado! Very tasty!) and put it in a salad bowl. Yes. Put the sauce on a plate. That’s funny.

Everything you love in this world is on top of it. Baked sweet potatoes turn out crispy pieces, golden caramelized spots appear on those delicious meatballs that you (if you me) bought at Costco, and you generously pour each piece with this piquant sauce..

Ingredient
Avocado mojo sauce:

1/3 Cup Avocado Oil
, half an avocado
, 1/4 Cup Orange juice
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 Clove of garlic
1/4 Cup chopped coriander, leaves and stems
1/2 Teaspoon coarse Kosher salt
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise (optional, to make it thicken) –

Ingredients for salad:
2 Sweet potatoes
1 red onion
2 tablespoons avocado oil
2 tablespoons of taco seasoning + a pinch of smoked paprika if you like
protein-rich dishes to choose from: I love meatballs with amila or fried chicken in hot form
The cooking mode prevents the screen from darkening.

Instruction
Sweet potatoes: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into slices. I prefer to cut it into slices, because it turns out dense and juicy, and my family likes it, but any shape fits. Place it on a large baking sheet and mix it with the oil and the taco seasoning until it is covered.

Onion: Peel the onion and cut into thin slices. Place them on a baking sheet together with and around the sweet potatoes.
Frying: put the baking tray all the way into the oven and bake for a total of 35 minutes. I usually take out the meatballs after 20 minutes, turn the pieces over and add my meatballs. * If you use store-bought meatballs, you can simply sort all the ingredients and add the meatballs so that you have another 15 minutes to bake.

Sauce: While the sweet potatoes are baked, mix the ingredients for the sauce; I use the Ninja Mini Chopper (affiliate link). Try it, warm it up and reserve it. (Or at least try. It’s so delicious).
Serve: pour some sauce into a plate or salad bowl. Put meatballs, sweet potatoes and onions on a dish. Prepare a delicious dish with hot sauces!
