Delicious Salmon Burgers with Crunchy Slaw

These salmon burgers are THE MOST DELICIOUS! and it is made from only five ingredients. It is best suited for a quick and light lunch or dinner with a high protein content.

These are salmon burgers. They are so extremely good.
We’re talking about a clean look, layered interior and perfect golden color, not to mention a lot of food, THANKS TO the SALMON.

They are also easy to make, and (usually) require minimal purchase, if not quite purchase, provided you have a decently stocked pantry. I love, love, love these little crispy pieces of French fries.

And, as if salmon burgers still aren’t good enough to eat alone (whatever they are), you need to make this kale salad to serve salmon burgers. There’s nothing special about it, just the situation with mashed cabbage, yogurt, herbs, garlic and vinegar, but in combination with salmon burgers? The combination of crispy, salty and spicy is a modern combination.

Ingredients for making this salmon burger

This recipe is one of the main products in the pantry! That’s what you need.:

Salmon (canned or pre-cooked)
Egg

Rye crumbs
Lemon
-yellow-olive-green
Salt
grass
I really like to add some fresh dill to these salmon burgers instead of greens and give them a great taste. But you can also use 1) freeze-dried dill, which I keep in my spice rack all year round, and 2) for any other fresh herbs! I made a version with parsley and coriander when I had neither dill nor mva. They were still completely adorable.

Dill would still be my best choice, but as with all my favorite recipes, you can play with it a bit.

How to cook this salmon burger
What I like about this recipe is that it is not only suitable for the pantry, but also suitable for 17 o’clock, and now I have to go to dinner. That’s what you’re going to do.

Mix all the ingredients for the burger with salmon in a bowl and form cutlets from them (there should be 3-4 of them!).
Fry the salmon cutlets in a hot frying pan with oil until golden brown, until crispy on each side.
Mix the ingredients for the cabbage salad in a bowl.
Serve your delicious salmon burgers on a pillow with crispy cabbage!+

What else can I serve with these salmon burgers?
As stated very clearly, I love them in addition to this coleslaw, as it’s a great high-protein lunch option, but as always, you have options!

Make cabbage salad even easier and buy your favorite salad at the store! (See also: These hot salmon burgers)
Put them on a bun to make a real burger (maybe even with cabbage filling!? or just a little yogurt, avocado, mayonnaise, tomatoes, whatever)
Serve it as a main protein along with potatoes or rice, vegetables or a simple salad
